Refund policy

Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the artwork. You will need to supply photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will chat with you to organise the return of the original artwork in it's original box / tube.
